Shipping policy

Order processing

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). 
  • An e-mail confirmation with the order details will be sent on successfully placed orders. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us at info@dreamsofjabez.com.
  • If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately as we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
  • Please review your order to ensure that the delivery address is correct as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to the submission of an incorrect address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

    Shipping

    • Currently, we ship only within the USA (hoping to change that soon).
    • Shipping charges and taxes (if applicable) will be applied at check-out, constituting your final bill.
    • You will receive notification once your order has shipped. This will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
    • If you have not received your order by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at info@dreamsofjabez.com. Be sure to provide us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
    • Factors that are outside of our control, such as high order volume or carrier delays, may affect shipping time. 
    • Standard shipping may take 3-8 business days (not including processing time) depending on your location and may take 5-10 business days (not including processing time) during periods of high order volume, such as holidays.
    NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
